根據日光市觀光協會的刊載,湯西川溫泉雪屋祭將於2027年1月29日至2月28日舉行。夜晚雪屋(かまくら)會點燈,沢口河川敷在週五、週六、週日點亮免費的迷你雪屋,平家之里則為收費會場。該協會頁面註明,日期以外的部分資訊沿用前一年的內容。
