聖靈會每年4月22日、也就是聖德太子忌日，在四天王寺舉行。寺方介紹這是擁有約1,400年歷史的法會，結合寺內僧眾的聲明法會與天王寺樂所演出的舞樂。其舞樂被指定為日本國家重要無形民俗文化財。
