富山・八尾の幻想的な風の祭。深い編笠の踊り手が、行灯に照らされた石畳の坂道を、胡弓の哀切な音色に合わせて静かに舞う。地元では日本一美しいとも言われ、外国人観光客はほぼゼロ。
