Can I use the JR Pass?

💡 JR Pass works on JR lines only. NOT on Tokyo Metro or private lines (Hankyu etc).

💡 Google Maps handles this perfectly with train times. Also asks 'nan-ban-sen'.

💡 Local (kakueki) stops at all stations. Express (kyuukou/tokkyuu) skips many.

💡 Tokyo last trains: 0:00-0:30. NO 24-hour trains. Miss it = taxi (¥5,000+) or capsule hotel.

💡 Suica/Pasmo work nationwide on trains, buses, konbini. Charge at ticket machines/konbini.
